Description of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkoposGuard provides cybersecurity monitoring, alerting, automation, and related services designed to assist organizations in identifying and responding to potential security events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service is provided as a tool to assist users and does not guarantee the prevention, detection, or remediation of all security incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No Warranty of Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No cybersecurity solution is 100% effective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SkoposGuard does not guarantee detection or prevention of all threats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users remain solely responsible for their own security posture, policies, and actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree that you are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuring and managing your environment securely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewing alerts and taking appropriate action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to act on alerts or recommendations is solely your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Third-Party Integrations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes made by third-party providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data loss or exposure caused by third-party systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data Processing &amp; Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using the Service, you authorize SkoposGuard to process logs, metadata, and security-related information necessary to provide the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completeness of collected data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous ingestion of logs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy of external data sources (e.g., geo-IP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. False Positives and False Negatives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service may generate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>False positives (benign events flagged as threats)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False negatives (actual threats not detected)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkoposGuard shall not be liable for any damages resulting from either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Automation &amp; Actions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain features may allow automated actions (e.g., account lock, password reset).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You acknowledge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These actions may impact business operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for enabling, configuring, and reviewing automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkoposGuard is not liable for business disruption caused by automated actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkoposGuard shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of profits, data, or business interruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security breaches, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkoposGuard from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your use of the Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your failure to follow security recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your violation of laws or regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Service Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuous uptime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real-time alerting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate processing of data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenance, outages, and delays may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For violation of these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For security risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At our discretion with or without notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the property of SkoposGuard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reverse engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy or resell the platform without authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Compliance Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SkoposGuard is not a compliance certification tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the Service does not guarantee compliance with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HIPAA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOC 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CMMC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any regulatory framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16.
